The facts included in notarized documents are deemed to be established and not subject to proof unless these documents (or parts thereof) are invalidated under the procedure prescribed by law.

"For performance of a notarial act, drawing of transaction instruments, advice and technical services, The Notary shall charge a fee, the level of which (rates) shall be set by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania in co-ordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania" (LR Notary Law , Article 19).
