2011For Russian Notaries – experience of information technologies application in Lithuanian Notaries Offices

October 6-7, 2011 International Seminar on Application of Information Technologies organised by Notaries Chamber of Russian Federation was held in the city Kazan, where Marius Stračkaitis, President of Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries, read the report “Application of Information Technologies in work of the notary of the Republic of Lithuania”.

The following topics were analyzed during the seminar: electronic document, notary’s electronic-digital signature, problems of international cooperation, electronic registers, notary’s activity information security, united information system of notary offices activity, computerization of notary’s working place.

M.Stračkaitis read his report and familiarized the colleagues from Russia with application of information technologies in the work of Lithuanian notary offices, i.e. on purpose to make real estate transactions and projects of electronic systems registering juridical persons and realize them, also services provided by Register Centre and Residents Registry Service, electronic services to notaries provided by Mortgage Institution.
