The Conference of the Notariats of the European Union (CNUE) held a general assembly session on 7 and 8 June, 2013 in Luxemburg, where the Lithuanian Chamber of Notaries was represented by the president, the administrator of Klaipeda City 1st Notary Office, the notary public Marius Stračkaitis. The general assembly considered and discussed the issues of professional qualification, movement of public documents, EuFides and CROBECO (Cross Border Electronic Conveyancing Conference) projects, relationship between UINL (The International Union of Notaries) and CNUE, review of CNUE statute, budget, combat against money laundering, public procurement, matrimonial property regime, e-justice and succession portal, advanced technologies: data protection and transactions in cyberspace, ARERT (The European Network of Registers of Wills Association) and European Register of Certificates of Succession, newest changes in a field of regulated professions, interim financial statements of training programs, the European Notarial Network, changes in up-to-date national legal acts.
